Meet our Owner, Samarie Rivera Sales. Ms. Sam has worked in the early education industry for over 25 years. Her experience spans teaching, directing, curriculum development, curriculum planning, teacher training, office management, as well as accreditation preparation and verification. Ms. Sam has also developed preschool and kindergarten programs. She is a Child Development Advisor and has worked extensively in leading early childhood and Montessori systems. She has been a presenter at several local and national Early Childhood Conferences. She holds a National Certification in Early Childhood Development, a Montessori Certification, a Degree in Early Childhood Management, and a Florida Directors Credential with VPK and Trauma Informed Director Endorsements.
Meet our Director of Education, Christina Deguiera.
Ms. Christina is originally from Guam but coming from a military family, she grew up in Virginia Beach, Virginia. Ms. Christina has worked in the Early Childhood Education industry for over 10 years. She started her career working for Military Child Development Centers. She has experience as an Assistant Teacher, Lead Teacher, Education Technician, Program Specialist and Training and Curriculum Specialist. She is also a CPR/First Aid Instructor. Among all her roles, she found a passion for guiding new teachers as they step into the classroom. Ms. Christina has a degree in Early Childhood Education, a Master Teacher Certificate, is VPK certified and holds a Florida Director’s Credential.
